Spray Foam insulation is extremely effective due to the technology and onsite manufacturing of the product. Spray foam provides thermal performance and air sealing in one application step.
This insulation covers all gaps and voids in the wall cavity expanding to create a uniform seal and an air barrier to blocks air flow, reducing outside pollutants and allergens.
Spray Foam insulation, because of its initial liquid form application, it can be applied in tight spaces. It is used to bring the attic mechanicals (HVAC system) into conditioned space. Spray foam can also be used for traditional horizontal attic applications.

The hybrid system involves the use of spray foam in all high risk or problem insulation areas like kneewalls, rim joists, cantilevers and overhangs. Depending on design considerations, it could also include an attic roof deck recommendation.
The combo application provides excellent energy performance with a lower cost to install compared to an all foam application.
