There are options or upgrades of these systems that can be offered to homeowners:

SOUND
A sound upgrade option where the cavity fill insulation system is used for interior partition walls, floor/ceilings, bathroom surrounds, laundry rooms, media room, bonus rooms and other interior areas to suppress interior noise. This option is packaged for the Comfort Plus upgrade.

GARAGE
The builder product offering may not typically offer garage organizers with the standard product. Our standard and premium garage organizer packages can be offered as additional homeowner upgrades and offered in the design center.

SHELVING
The standard home package typically includes a wire shelving / closet organizer package. Our premium upgrade system can be offered as an upgrade and sold in the design center for the homeowner who needs more organization options for their family.
